All Invis consultants in BC have successfully completed specialized training at the University of British Columbia, are licensed, and are members of both the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC and the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders. Staff career experience includes: residential and commercial real estate sales, bank mortgage officer, property leasing, business operations consulting, ownership and management.
For most residential first mortgages (O.A.C.) the fees for our services are paid by the lender. Invis is paid direct finders fees by more lenders than any other brokerage firm, and at any given time we deal with over 50 lenders including: chartered banks, credit unions, trust companies, life insurance companies, M.I.C.s (mortgage investment corporations) and private lenders.
